This is the perfect way to show mass appreciation for your employees and it benefits them firsthand. This might mean ordering a variety of pizzas or a smorgasbord of different samplers from a local restaurant. The actual meal of choice likely won’t matter much, as it’s the gesture itself that will make a difference.

Other options might include giving them a raise, giving them extra time off to spend with their families or to visit the doctor for the bump on their toe, or possibly even gathering the office for company outings.
